About us – Mark Harrington, owner of Garage Floor Effects, has been refinishing concrete floors since 2009. In addition to floors, Mark has been in the furniture refinishing and restoration business for 20 years. He is all too familiar with the different types of applications of coatings and surfaces.

In 2009, he starting shifting his focus to concrete and garage floors. Mark enjoys making your garage floor look as beautiful as the floors in your home. He is a native Houstonian and proudly serves all of Southern Texas (Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and surrounding areas).
